To ensure DreadCraft Wales can provide the best service for everyone, we require a 14-day notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

Cancellations made within 14 days of the appointment time will lose their booking fee/ deposit paid when your appointment was booked.

If a booking fee/ deposit was not paid when you booked, for any reason, you will be charged the amount necessary for your appointment.

No-shows will also be charged the booking fee/ deposit amount.

We may make exceptions for emergencies or extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

All appointments are charged from appointed time.
